Education:
In 2000 he graduated from the Russian Customs Academy with a degree in economics and enterprise management.
In 2008 - Master's degree at the European Training Center at MGIMO (U) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, specializing in "Politics of the European Union".
PhD in Economics.
He began his career in 2000 at the research center of the Russian Customs Academy as a senior inspector. In 2005, he was appointed senior and then chief state customs inspector of the Main Directorate of Federal Customs Revenues and Tariff Regulation of the Federal Customs Service.
Has been working in the Federal Antimonopoly Service since 2008.
