Supreme Council
The Supreme Council is a key body in the strategic activities of the union. Its members are elected by representatives of regional unions every four years.
The key tasks of the Supreme Council are to determine the course of development of the Rugby Union of Russia, to monitor the activities of all areas of work, including sports and financial components at meetings that take place at least once every six months.
The Supreme Council also elects the Board which is engaged in the operational management of the Federation's activities.
