National Coaches Council

The National Council of Coaches is a recommendation body of the Rugby Union of Russia, accountable to the Supreme Council of RUR.

The goal of the NCC is to consolidate the efforts of the best coaches and specialists in Russian rugby for an objective assessment and approval of training plans and national teams, performance results and improving the performance of the sports sector as a whole.

One of the main functions of the council is to develop a unified strategy for the development of national teams and reserves, as well as a vertical of interaction with professional clubs.
